1. Who We Are
MaxLeaf (“Company”, “we”, “us”) publishes the CloudAI Certs application. CloudAI Certs is a fully offline study aid for cloud-certification exams, distributed through Google Play.
2. Data We Collect
None. The app has no user accounts and makes no network requests to collect or transmit your information. There is no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. We operate no servers that receive your data because the app never sends any.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
Your study progress — card review history, scheduling state, marks, and settings — is stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. It never leaves your device to us or any third party. Uninstalling the app deletes it. If you have Android backup enabled, Android may include this data in your own device backup under your Google account, governed by Google’s terms; we have no access to it.
4. Backups You Create
If you use the optional export feature, a backup file of your progress is written to a location you choose, or shared via apps you choose. That file stays entirely under your control.
5. Permissions
The app declares the standard Android network and vibration permissions. Vibration is used for haptic feedback while studying. Network access is not used to collect, transmit, or share any of your data.
6. Children’s Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Because we collect no data at all, no personal information from any user — adult or child — is ever gathered.
7. Changes to This Policy
If a future version of the app ever collects data, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data Safety section before that version is released. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
